Cops Called Celeste Rivas' House 11 Times Over One Year
Celeste Rivas Sheriff Deputies Called to Her Home 11 Times in Lake Elsinore, California Between February 2024 and April 2025 — 3 Times in One Day. TMZ has learned.
According to police records obtained by TMZ, deputies responded to her house repeatedly between March 2024 and May 2025. A suspicious incident occurred on March 19, 2024, when she was caught on surveillance video at a liquor store block near her home. Her sister visited the store after her mother ran away and checked the footage. A car pulled out during the event, leaving unclear evidence of her whereabouts. Two of the three visits were at her home, while one was at the store.
The police state that almost all calls were labeled 'minor crime investigation,' except one call involving 'suspicious circumstances.' They also noted that reports for 4 incidents were reviewed, and follow-ups were planned on 3. The rest of the calls remain unreported.
A notable point is that police called her home at 9:29 PM on April 5, 2024, approximately an hour after her family reported her missing. This date aligns with her missing-person flyer, which states she was last seen at 9 PM. Meanwhile, Celeste had a troubled home life and threatened to run away multiple times before her dismembered body was found in a Tesla owned by D4vd (https://www.tmz.com/people/d4vd) in September 2025. D4vd is not charged in connection to the case.
This raises questions about the accuracy of the police report and the validity of the findings. While the investigation remains ongoing, it highlights a complex relationship between family dynamics, law enforcement, and recent discovery.
